Rattling on work

I recently gotten a new job as an administrative executive. The role exposed my greatest flaw which was being extremely careless. I was also told i was really bad in my english when asked what’s wrong. I was able to point out but when doing it, I simply wanted to complete fast and go. This is not acceptable for a administrative executive as i am expected to be meticulous to the finest detail as i am an experienced person. Well, i felt strong anxiety when there is such expectation on me. However, i  prayed and prayed to guanyinma to bring me the best out of me. Discovery of mistakes hopefully are at the early stage and would jot let it repeat on me again. Problem is how to be meticulous to the finest details? I used mail merge but templating them in excel but there are too many permutations and therefore, definitely not a job that can be done split seconds. Need to review the emails umpteen times to get it right. Perhaps i should set a series of checklists with the experience gained from the reprimands

1. If it an options or shares?

If shares, is it a buy or sell? If buy, then it should be “the shares purchase will be debited for single share counter or purchases for more than one share counter? If sell then the message should go something like, “ sale proceeds” for single share counter or sales proceed for sale of more than one share counter.

If options, is it a buy or a sell? Any selling of options will enable investors receive options premium net off commission charge. If it is buying options, investor will be paying premium adding the cost of commission charge.

2. Are there more than one transactions?

3. According to buy or sell, monies will be debited from or credited into the accounts.

4. Finally are the font sizes the same? Ctrl A and change font and font size to be consistent.

I m thankful i was given opportunities to learn. Thankful of guanyinma bestow great bosses willing to help and guide. It may be a hard way but I appreciate the ultimate beneficiary is me. Stay positive and i ll learn.
